What is the venue of the Conference?

Sessions will take place in V. Putvinskio str. 23, and plenary sessions will be held in S. Daukanto str. 28.

All buildings are just a few minutes away from each other in the centre of Kaunas.

The reccommended hotels are also within walking distance.

What other options besides public transport can you offer?

If you prefer driving more than public transport, you can use the shared mobility service app Citybee to rent a car for a short ride.

Are any travel / accommodation grants available?

Unfortunately, Organisers do not have a possibility to issue grants to cover travel or accommodation expenses.

How can I get a proforma invoice / invoice?

To get a proforma invoice, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] and send the sum in question alongside the details of the institution.

Kindly note that invoices will be issued after the Conference at the earliest.

The working language of the Conference is English.

May I participate in the Conference online?

Sorrry, you may not. The only option is to attend the Conference in person.
