Ineta Dabašinskienė

Dr. Ineta Dabašinskienė is Professor at the Department of Lithuanian Studies and Head of the Research Centre of Multilingualism and Intercultural Communication at Vytautas Magnus University. Her research focuses on socio- and psycholinguistics, especially monolingual and bilingual language acquisition, language use and variation, multilingualism, and language policy. She has coordinated many national and international research and educational projects, published numerous research articles, given talks at various conferences, and performed administrative functions from dean to vice-rector; currently, she is an institutional coordinator of the European University alliance, Transform4Europe. She has chaired many international conferences, including Baltic Studies (CBSE) in 2009 and National identities, in cooperation with the Association for the Study of Nationalities (ASN), in 2016. From 2018 to 2022, she served as AABS Vice President for Professional Development.

Greta Garnytė

Greta Garnytė is Head of International Programmes at the Faculty of Humanities at Vytautas Magnus University. She is the organizer of the Lithuanian language and culture summer/winter course. Greta holds a M.A. in German Business Language and Communication. Her research interests include multilingualism, CMDA, and crisis communication.
