I just signed up as a new member but can't log into the members area
Thank you for becoming a member of AABS! It may take 1-2 days before the system updates itself so please try logging in at a later date. If the issue persist, please reach out to AABS at [email protected]
I've logged into the site. What should I do now?
Once you’re logged in, you should automatically be redirected to your profile page. Here you will see all the information we have on file for your membership. If anything needs to be updated, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Edit” button. Once you’re done, save your changes by clicking the “Update” button.
I'm not sure what email address is associated with my membership
Please contact us and we will confirm the address we have on file for your membership.
Password reset error
Are you seeing the following error when trying to reset your password?
Error: There is no account with that username or email address.
This indicates that the email address you’re entering is not the same address we have on file for your membership. You can try entering another address. Alternatively, you can contact us and we’ll confirm the address on file.
How do I log out?
To log out, hover over your name in the upper right hand corner of this window and select “Log Out”.
